Pamela Edwardian diamond engagement ring
I love it when we find something that is a little bit different to anything that we've come across in the past. Pamela is a unique twist on a traditional Edwardian design. Firstly, she features two old brilliant cut diamonds that have been bezel set one on top of the other to form a delicate figure of eight – a popular motif in the Edwardian era. Either side of the centre stones, tapered rows of diamonds extend outwards to the 18-carat yellow gold band, with an indent in the design in which the figure of eight sits. One of the diamonds was missing when we acquired Pamela, so we sourced an ethical diamond to fill the gap. Freshly polished, cleaned and repaired, Pamela is now restored to her former glory and would make an excellent choice if you are looking for an understated yet unique antique engagement ring.
