Packaging
Your ring will arrive beautifully presented in a white box, topped with our signature wax seal for a vintage-inspired touch—perfect for a memorable proposal—and accompanied by your Certificate of Authenticity.
Delivery
If you're not resizing your ring before the proposal (find out why we suggest waiting here), we’ll dispatch your order as soon as your payment has been approved. All deliveries require a signature on arrival, to ensure your ring arrives safely in your hands.
A quick note on international orders: any duties or taxes at the point of entry are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Delivery Info
To keep your ring safe and secure, all parcels must be signed for. We recommend choosing a delivery address where you or someone you trust will be available, whether that’s home, work or elsewhere. If no one’s in, your courier will leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.
Delivery times vary depending on if you’re having your ring resized, payment clearance and whether your order is placed during a weekend or UK holiday. In these cases, delivery may take a little longer.
Returns
We understand that sometimes minds change. If you’d like to return your ring, we ask that it’s sent back within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, with all packaging and your Certificate of Authenticity included.
Email us at help@thevintageringco.com to request a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) and we’ll guide you through the next steps. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
For UK customers: returns are free of charge. Simply send us proof of your postage costs and we’ll reimburse you.
For international customers: For returns outside the UK, we ask that you cover the postage cost.
Please ensure your ring is returned just as it arrived—in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, Certificate of Authenticity and your RAN number clearly included.
Just a heads-up: we’re unable to offer refunds for rings that have been resized. However, if the item is found to be faulty, The Vintage Ring Company reserves the right to repair the item for you or issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return your refund.
