Violette ruby and diamond Edwardian engagement ring
This beautiful antique Violette ruby and diamond engagement ring in 18 carat gold dates from the Edwardian era and is perfect if you are looking for something truly unique. The unusual figure-of-eight design encircles two old cut diamonds that ooze vintage charm. At the centre are two synthetic square cut rubies - don't be alarmed, the majority of accent rubies in rings from the Edwardian and Art Deco eras were in fact synthetic stones - and adding to the vintage allure are 31 rose cut diamonds set to form the figure of eight and extending part-way around the band.
